3 / Find a box to fill with your unwanted items

Find a strong and sturdy box and use our guide to fill it and help declutter your home the easy way.

4 / Post your box or have it collected

Just drop your box into any Post Office free of charge. No Post Office nearby, just let us know and we can arrange for your box to be collected.

5 / Get your offer

Two days after we receive your parcel we will give you our offer. If you like our offer, we can send you your money by Bank Transfer or cash with Special Delivery. Don't accept our offer, no problem, have all your items returned to you for free.

Can I get a quote before I send my items?

It is very difficult to judge your items from a photograph, so we are unable to estimate the value prior to seeing them.

How will I receive my offer?

Offers are made to you by telephone, if we are unable to contact you, then you will receive an offer via text and email.

Should I clean my items?

Please do not clean anything as this can often devalue an item!

I only have bronze and copper coins should I send them?

It is not worth just sending those, check our items wanted pages and see if you have anything else you can add.

My silver is dented and split, do you still want it?

Absolutely, we are often able to repair silverware.
